We want you to love your remass pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring the return form is included inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal and drop your package off at any authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
